1. HOLOGRAPHIC 3D & MOTION EFFECTS PRINTS -

How can I be sure the one or two images I’ve selected for my print will work?

It is recommended to read our guidelines, so that you can combine the most complementary images that will produce the best special effect print. We will be sure to check the images you submit and will contact you if we have any concerns over the final quality result.

Will my print have the same optical movement as the online sample images you display?

No! The only way for us to present the impression of 3D on our website is through animated GIF files, or AI produced imagery, which have exaggerated movement to showcase the special effect. Your image is printed behind an array of optical ribs that refract a hint of movement as you cast your eyes across the print. Our process is all about creating an immersive experience of 3D depth, not movement. Our photographs are the more accurate example, but even then we cannot fully show the array of movements we achieve with our prints.

What Megabyte (mb) resolution does my images need to be to get the best result?

Our products adapt well to high-resolution images. We don’t recommend submitting anything under 1.5mb. If you wish to transform a smaller image file size then we recommend selecting a smaller print size. If you have a favourite photo that is low-res, we do have tools that can enhance images. Please email your image to us through our form or email and we can confirm if we can make it work for you. Images need to be sent to team@thewowowgallery.com

Your choice of picture frame is black or white. Can I get another colour?

At this moment in time, we can only offer to frame your prints in a black or white aluminium frame. If you have another frame colour or design you would like then please reach out to us at team@thewowowgallery.com  and we will see what we can do.

2. COLLECTABLE ART -

Must all your artists and photographers work in 3D?

No! We love the immersive experience that 3D offers but will always defer to the artists personal preference of how they want their artworks to be printed. We have a choice of different printing techniques and print media and will always collaborate with artists to produce the most awe-aspiring finish to their creativity.

Can I choose the size of artwork that I want?

The print sizes of our limited-edition collections are determined by the artist. We rely totally on their expertise to decide the size in which their artworks should be produced, we do however offer various sizes for each print.

How are the 3D artworks reproduced?

Artworks sold as Holographic 3D special effects are photographic prints mounted on to a transparent optical material called lenticular using optically clear adhesive laminate. The finished print is then framed in a bespoke frame selected by the artist and protected by art glass.

How are the 3D holographic prints framed?

The finished holographic 3D print is then framed in a bespoke frame selected by the artist based on a style and colour that best complements the imagery it is framing. The frames are finished with a strong hardboard backing sheets and fitted with eyelets and cord ready for wall hanging, they also include non-reflective specialist glass.

What is meant by Certificate of Authenticity?

This is an important document that must accompany your framed artwork. It validates the providence of the art piece, the artist and the limited-edition print run from which originates. Should you wish to sell at some time in the future your artwork, then your certificate is a vital endorsement to the value you have placed on the artwork.

3. PRICING -

How much do the prints cost?

Each art piece is clearly signposted with price point, limited-edition printed run quantity and size. As all our artists and photographers are emerging talents, yet unknown in the art world or to the public, therefore we have endeavoured to pitch the length of print run and price point at an affordable level that is accessible to the discerning art collector. Our artist partners will not be unknown forever so this is a great opportunity to invest in great artworks that will grow in value.
